Polka Dot Nail Tips & Swirling Nail Design

It is another quick update for today for my nails of the day. Because I have to go on interview with my teachers. I am gonna take some classes and kind of don't have much time for blogging. But at the same time don't wanna be a MIA again. Anyways, here is two random nail designs I've done. Recently my nails are outgrowths a little bit and I can do more nail tutorials.

Finally yesterday I decided to made a fresh manicure on my nails. And I used a nail polish which I won in one of give-aways. It is Sinful Colors in Mercury Rising #860. This nail polish is so beautiful! I like it very-very much! I had pretty the same color may be 2 or 3 years ago ( my little sister liked it too so I gave it to her ). And after that I couldn't find anything like this. And one day I saw a give-away for this nail polish and I won it! Yey! Now I have such color again. Very glad to have it! As usual, when I did this picture for the polka dot nail tips there wasn't sunlight out there; it is raining 2 days in a row. So, you totally can't see all the beautiful-ness of the nail polish. But it is kind of burgundy color with a tiny red and gold sparkles to it. Anyways, I applied this color in two coats as always and with VoV Chamon nail polish in White I created some dots on the tips of my nails. And for final step you just have to seal all the design with a clear top coat.

Here is another nail manicure which I was wearing on last week. For this design I've used VoV Nail Cone nail polish in Beige Mousse #1297 all over my nail plate in one very thick coat. And then before it got dry I drew a few pretty thin lines along and across the entire nail plate using Sinful Colors in Mercury Rising #860 nail polish again. And quickly with a needle I made kind of circular motions all over the surface. It is not my design, I saw this on you tube and totally can't remeber where it was, so without a links to that video. But anyways, I am sure you've got an idea. I think it's very simple nail arts, but still being sort of nail art. LOL:

Hope you like the designs and give it to try one day :D

Nails Of The Day: Purple, Black and Silver

For me to make a good manicure continues to be a nice dream. When I really got into nail art world very much, that I could to do it's just apply one main color all over the nail plates. Watching for chic work from other nail gurus here and there still being a huge pleasure for me. And one day I also decided to start training to do the most simple designs for my nails; because I was totally obsessed (and still being) with this, but could not do anything cute by myself. For me is very difficult to do the same pattern on my right hand, but I do not give up and gonna continue to train. I know that the day will come when I will be well-trained both my hands and be able to do pretty enough designs too. And so I want to share with all of you my simple nail arts for beginners. Because I feel like there is a lot of girls like me who is only beginning to interesting in this too. I wish to all of us a little bit more patience and not shaking hands hahaha~

Yesterday me and my hubby had a dinner with his friends and their wives and I got so many compliment for my nails. I was really proud because I did it by myself :) What do you think? Hope you'll try it too :)

Before start the manicure I prepared my nails to work with. I foiled them and applied top coat by The Face Shop. After that I waited until it's completely dry. Next I applied my main nail color by The Face Shop Nail Talk nail polish in PP408. I put on two coats and after each coat I waited until it completely dry. Otherwise it will be climbed. I chose creame light purple nail polish but you can choose any different colors to your taste.

Next I took my thin small synthetic brush. Which I actually bought in a market in drawing department for students. I just grabbed finest brushes #1 and  #2 in there and using them for my nails. Works good enough! Anyways, with a thin brush I drawn matte black strokes on each of my nails starting from the outer corner of the half-moon. For the black color I used The Face Shop Nail Talk nail polish in BK901. Which is very opaque varnish even in one coat.

Next step is very important. Without these silver glitters the pattern will not look attractive at all. So, I took the same thin brush I've used before and wiped off all the excess of the black nail polish (just wet a cotton pad in your nail polish remover and lightly wipe off from side to side). With my art brush randomly around the black strokes I applied VoV Nail Cone in Silver Suzy 1907.

And lastly I put some stickers with a stones on at the beginning place of a pattern. If you don't have any nail-stickers feel free using any nail stones on top of that. Personaly I don't like stones on my nails, because it don't feels as smooth as nail-stickers. I really don't like when my fingernails cling to clothing and other stuff. I feel disgusted, and the pattern deteriorates fastly. Anyways for the very last step I applied top coat by The Face Shop Nail Pleasure which is base coat 01. Ohh... just because I don't have a top coat right now, mine got very thick recently and I can't use it anymore. Have to buy something new. Anyways, make sure you set the design, so it will stays longer on your nails and also it's gonna be looks more brighter and smoother.

Nails Of The Day: Plaid Nail Tutorial

Recently, I have not done any nail tutorial updates because I gave my nails to grow slightly. Also I had a long nails some time ago, but I made them kind of a rounded shape. And all because of my nails by themselves have a very narrow form they looked pretty rediculous. So I cut all the sharp ends and gave them a square shape as usual. And just today I decided to do something fresh on my nails. I started doing this manicure in the morning and ended only at the end of the day (all day long busy with my baby-son). I was in a hurry to do my latest photos, because the sun was already at sunset lol: So, this tutorial took me such long time to do :)

For this nail design I used absolutely matte nail polishes - neon-orange, dark-brown and true-red and also some silver glitters nail polish. As well as I used thin brush to create that lines and one cotton pad with nail polish remover. So, thats it. And by the way, I am gonna wearing it outside. In compared with make up I can wear everything dark and bright on my nails on daily basics.

Before you start all the nail application apply a base coat and wait untill it completely dry. This step will allow to remain all designs on your nails for more long time. Also a base coat polish create more smooth surface for all the colorful nail polishes. First of all I applied two coats of The Face Shop Nail Talk nail polish in OR 205 which is just a neon nail color. And waited untill each of both coats completely dry.

After that I dropped some of D.TE BR119 in True Brown nail polish drops on clean paper and with a small thin brush I draw 4 lines across the entire nail plate. This is absolutely matte brown color which is dries very qickly, so I started my next step immediately after this.

I cleaned the same thin brush on a cotton pad wet in my nail polish remover and dropped some drops of The Face Shop Nail Talk nail polish in RD 301. And applied the same 4 lines across my nails near the brown polish. And waited until it dry.

And finally again with the same thin brush I applied the same 4 lines with VoV Nail Cone in Silver Suzy 1907 right in between of the red and brown lines. And right now I am waiting untill my nails completely dry to apply top coat polish to set all the disign. And make it more bright and shiny looking.

Very easy to do nail art. Suits and for long nails and for short. Hope you like it and give it to try :)

Today I played with my nail polishes and tried a new technique by the tutorial I watched on you tube. On that tutorial she explains step-by-step how to get this sort of design, watch it! I really do like how it looks but it is so hard for me and very massy to do at the same time. For this manicure I used The Face Shop Nail Talk Nail Polish in YL 702 (yellow) and RD 301 (red).
Also I played around these blue colors. The design is not so good. Because all the colors I used is kind of similar to each other. May be next time I'll be use just any complimentary colors.
VoV Chamon nail polish in 23 (white) and 39 (blue) and The Face Shop Nail Pleasure Nail Polish in BL 605 (light blue).
Thats all for today! Very tired of this update :P Tag questions took me an hour lol:
Take care! Untill tomorrow!
